Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Lavez puis coupez la tomate en rondelles.

Coupez la mozzarella en tranches.
Step 3
Ouvrez les panini puis tartinez l'intérieur de pesto rouge. Ajoutez la tomate, le blanc de poulet et la mozzarella.
Step 4
Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive puis poivrez et refermez les panini. Sur une plaque allant au four, disposez les panini, puis enfournez 5 à 6 minutes à 180°C.
Step 5
Une fois bien dorés, sortez les panini du four. Coupez-les en deux, si vous le souhaitez. Dégustez aussitôt, c'est prêt !
