Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Sur une plaque allant au four, ajoutez le pain bruschetta. Étalez la sauce tomate dessus puis ajoutez les allumettes de jambon et la mozzarella râpée.

Herbes de Provence

Step 2

Assaisonnez d'herbes de Provence puis enfournez 8 à 10 minutes à 200°C.

Step 3

Une fois le fromage fondu et bien doré, sortez la bruschetta du four.

Step 4

Servez la bruschetta avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts et dégustez aussitôt. C'est prêt !
