Préparez la sauce en mélangeant, la sauce soja, le beurre de cacahuète, 1 cuillère à café de sucre/personne et le jus de citron vert.

Dans une poêle chaude, versez un filet d'huile d'olive, râpez l'ail et ajoutez le tofu. Faites revenir à feu vif pendant 5 minutes.

Pendant ce temps, dans une casserole d'eau chaude, réhydratez les nouilles.

Ajoutez les nouilles avec le tofu, les pousses de soja et la sauce. Remuez pour bien imprégner la sauce.

Dressez les nouilles dans une assiette en ajoutant quelques cacahuètes concassées et de la coriandre si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
