Veggie, gourmande, absolument irrésistible : cette recette de lasagnes ne vous laissera pas indifférent !

Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Émincez les oignons finement.
Step 2
Dans une casserole ou une grande poêle, versez un filet d'huile d'olive et ajoutez les oignons. Faites revenir 2 minutes à feu vif.
Step 3
Ajoutez les lentilles et la sauce tomate. Salez et poivrez. (Optionnel : Ajoutez le thym si vous en avez). Mélangez et faites cuire 3 minutes sur feu doux.
Step 4
Dans un plat à gratin, faites 3 couches de : sauce lentilles/tomates, béchamel, mozzarella, feuilles de lasagnes (crues).
Step 5
Une fois les 3 couches réalisées, terminez par une couche de béchamel et de mozzarella. Enfournez à 180°C pendant 40 minutes.
Step 6
Servez sur une assiette, c'est prêt !
