Des nuggets pour la gourmandise + des brocolis pour l'équilibre !
Stovetop, Cook expert, Frying pan, Colander
Step 1
Épluchez puis coupez les pommes de terre en cubes.
Step 2
Remplissez le bol du Cook Expert avec 500 ml d'eau, puis ajoutez le panier vapeur sur le dessus. Disposez-y les pommes de terre et lancez le programme vapeur pendant 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez les brocolis en sommités. Coupez le tronc en petits cubes.
Step 4
Au bout de 5 minutes, ajoutez les brocolis dans la panier vapeur et poursuivez la cuisson 10 minutes.
Step 5
En parallèle, faites cuire les nuggets selon les instructions du paquet.
Step 6
Au bout de 10 minutes, videz le bol du Cook Expert. Ajoutez-y les brocolis, pommes de terre et le beurre. Salez, poivrez puis lancez le programme expert pendant 3 minutes / vitesse 5 / 60°C.
Step 7
Servez les nuggets croustillants avec la purée de brocolis. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
