Step 1
Placez l'oignon et un filet d'huile d'olive dans le bol inox. Lancez le programme expert, 5 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C. À la fin du programme, appuyez 3 secondes sur pulse pour hacher l'oignon.
Step 2
Ajoutez la viande hachée et lancez le programme expert 5 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C.
Step 3
Pendant ce temps, épluchez et coupez les pommes de terre grossièrement.

Videz le bol et réservez la viande
Step 5
Installez le bol inox avec 500 ml d'eau, ajoutez le panier vapeur avec les pommes de terre. Lancez le programme vapeur, 15 minutes.
Step 6
À la fin du programme, videz le bol et replacez les pommes de terre égouttées dans le bol inox. Ajoutez le beurre, le lait, salez et poivrez. Lancez le programme expert, 5 minutes/vitesse 5/60°C.
Step 7
Préchauffez le four en mode grill. Beurrez un plat à gratin. Ajoutez la viande. Versez la purée par dessus.
Step 8
Parsemez de fromage râpé et enfournez en mode grill pendant 10 minutes. C'est prêt !
