Step 1
Versez un litre d'eau dans le bol du Thermomix et une pincée de sel. Ajoutez le riz dans le panier cuisson, rincez-le et insérez le panier dans le bol. Laissez cuire 20 min / Varoma / vitesse 1.
Step 2
Pendant ce temps, posez le panier Varoma sur le Thermomix, et placez-y les petits pois surgelés. Mouillez et froissez une feuille de papier sulfurisé un peu plus grande que le plateau du Varoma, et posez-la sur le plateau.
Step 3
Battez les oeufs en omelette dans un bol (avec du sel et du poivre), et versez les sur la feuille de papier sulfurisé. Fermez le plateau Varoma.
Step 4
Après les 20 min, enlevez le plateau du Varoma et égouttez le riz. Détaillez l'omelette en petits carrés
Step 5
Ajoutez dans un saladier, le riz, les petits pois, l'omelette, le jambon émincé, assaisonnez et mélangez. C'est prêt !
