Step 1
Coupez le comté en lamelles à l'aide d'un économe.
Step 2
Étalez le fromage frais et le confit d'oignons sur chaque tranche de pain de mie, ajoutez le fromage coupé en lamelles. Assaisonnez selon vos goûts.
Step 3
Ajoutez une tranche de poulet sur l'une des faces, puis refermez le sandwich. Faites de même pour chaque sandwich.

Dans une poêle à feu moyen, ajoutez une noisette de beurre (ou un filet d'huile d'olive) et faites revenir le grilled cheese 2 minutes sur chaque face pour qu'il soit bien doré. Veillez à ce qu'il ne brûle pas !

Coupez le feu, couvrez la poêle et laissez reposer hors du feu pendant 1 minute.
