Step 1
Étalez le fromage frais sur chaque tranche puis la moutarde à l'ancienne sur une des deux tranches.
Step 2
Ajoutez 1 tranche de jambon et le fromage à raclette sur l'une des faces puis refermez le sandwich. Recommencez autant de fois que de sandwichs nécessaires.

Dans une poêle à feu moyen, ajoutez une noisette de beurre (ou huile d'olive) et faites revenir les grilled cheese 2 minutes sur chaque face pour qu'elles soient bien dorées. Veillez à ce qu'ils ne brûlent pas !
Step 4
Coupez le feu, couvrez la poêle et laissez reposer hors du feu pendant 1 minute.
Step 5
Coupez les grilled cheese. Dégustez aussitôt, c'est prêt !
