Cream cheese
White bread (sliced)

Step 1

Étalez le fromage frais puis le confit d'oignons sur chaque tranche.

Morbier cheese
Comté cheese

Step 2

Disposez une couche de comté et de morbier en tranche sur une des deux faces puis refermez le sandwich.

Refermez le sandwich.

Step 4

Dans une poêle à feu moyen, ajoutez une noisette de beurre (ou huile d'olive) et faites revenir les grilled cheese 2 minutes sur chaque face pour qu'ils soient bien dorés. Veillez à ce qu'ils ne brûlent pas !

Coupez le feu, couvrez la poêle et laissez reposer hors du feu pendant 1 minute.

Step 6

Coupez les grilled cheese. Dégustez aussitôt, c'est prêt !
