Step 1

Lavez puis coupez les courgettes en très fines rondelles.

Step 2

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les courgettes et faites-les revenir 6 à 8 minutes. Salez et poivrez.

Étalez la moutarde sur les deux tranches de pain.

Step 4

Ajoutez les courgettes sur une tranche de pain, suivi du cheddar et du jambon. Refermez le grilled cheese.

Faites fondre une noisette de beurre dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Faites revenir le grilled cheese 2 à 3 minutes sur chaque face, pour qu'il soit bien doré. Coupez le feu, couvrez la poêle et laissez reposer hors du feu 1 minute.
