Step 1

Faites cuire les œufs 9 minutes dans une casserole d'eau bouillante. Une fois cuits, plongez les œufs dans de l'eau froide pour stopper la cuisson. Enlevez la coquille délicatement puis coupez-les en rondelles.

Pendant ce temps, préparez les rillettes. Dans un bol, ajoutez : le thon égoutté, le fromage, le maïs et le jus de citron. Salez, poivrez et mélangez le tout à l'aide d'une fourchette.
