Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 220°C. Dans un bol, mélangez : le thon égoutté et le fromage triangle. Salez et poivrez.

Shredded cheese

Sur une plaque de cuisson, disposez la moitié des tranches de pain de mie. Étalez le mélange thon / fromage triangle et parsemez de la moitié du fromage râpé.

Refermez les croq' avec la seconde tranche de pain. Parsemez du reste de fromage râpé et enfournez 10 minutes à 220°C.

Apple cider vinegar

Pendant ce temps, préparez la vinaigrette. Dans un bol, mélangez : le vinaigre de cidre et une cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive par personne. Salez et poivrez.

Cherry tomatoes

Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.

Une fois dorés et croustillants, sortez les croq' du four.
