Grilled cheese aux épinards & poivrons

Step 1
Épluchez puis coupez les oignons rouges en fines lamelles.




Step 2
Ajoutez le fromage, sur chacune des tranches de pain. Ajoutez ensuite les épinards, les poivrons marinés et les oignons sur l'une des deux tranches. Salez et poivrez. Refermez le grilled cheese avec la seconde tranche de pain.
Step 3
Faites fondre une noisette de beurre dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Faites revenir le grilled cheese 2 minutes sur chaque face, jusqu'à ce qu'il soit bien doré. Coupez le feu, couvrez la poêle et laissez reposer hors du feu pendant 1 minute.
Step 4
Coupez le grilled cheese aux épinards & poivrons en deux, si vous le souhaitez. Servez-le accompagné d'une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. Dégustez aussitôt, c'est prêt !
