Brioche bread (sliced)

Step 1

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les tranches de brioche et faites-les dorer 1 à 2 minutes sur chaque face.

Préparez les œufs brouillés. Dans un saladier, cassez les œufs. Salez, poivrez et battez-les.

Step 3

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans la même poêle, sur feu doux. Versez les œufs. Faites-les cuire en mélangeant délicatement à la spatule. Ils doivent rester un peu baveux, pas trop cuits.

Sur une tranche de brioche toastée, ajoutez les œufs, le saumon, le fromage en tranches puis la salade. Refermez le sandwich et dégustez aussitôt. C'est prêt !
