Tomato

Step 1

Lavez puis coupez les tomates en fines rondelles.

Mozzarella (low-moisture, for cooking)

Step 2

Coupez la mozzarella en rondelles.

Country bread (sliced)
Feta cheese (block)
Kalamata olives
Oregano (dried)

Step 3

Sur une tranche de pain, ajoutez : la mozzarella, les tomates, la feta émiettée et les olives. Parsemez d'origan et poivrez. Refermez le grilled cheese avec la seconde tranche de pain.

Step 4

Faites fondre une noisette de beurre dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Faites revenir le grilled cheese 2 minutes sur chaque face, pour qu'il soit bien doré. Coupez le feu, couvrez la poêle et laissez reposer hors du feu pendant 1 minute.

Gazpacho

Step 5

Coupez le grilled cheese en deux, si vous le souhaitez. Dans un bol ou une assiette creuse, servez le gazpacho bien frais accompagné du grilled cheese à la grecque. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts et dégustez aussitôt. C'est prêt !
