Step 1

Épluchez puis coupez les oignons rouges en fines lamelles.

Cucumber

Lavez puis coupez le concombre en dés.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 3

Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.

Black olives (pitted)
Feta cheese (block)

Dans un bol, mélangez : les tomates cerises, le concombre, les oignons rouges et les olives noires. Assaisonnez d'un filet d'huile d'olive, salez et poivrez. Ajoutez ensuite la feta émiettée et mélangez à nouveau.

Gazpacho

Step 5

Dans un bol ou une assiette creuse, servez le gazpacho bien frais accompagné de la salade grecque. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
