Butternut squash

Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Coupez la courge butternut en 2 dans la longueur. Videz-la puis coupez-la en dés moyens.* *Consultez nos tips pour cette étape

Épluchez et coupez l'oignon en quarts.

Blue cheese

Step 3

Coupez le bleu en petits morceaux.

Thyme (fresh)
Butternut squash

Step 4

Dans un plat à gratin, disposez le butternut, ajoutez par-dessus les oignons rouges, le thym, un filet d'huile d'olive et mélangez. Ajoutez ensuite le bleu et enfournez pour 40 à 45 minutes de cuisson à 180°C.

En fin de cuisson, ajoutez quelques noisettes concassées par-dessus. C'est prêt !
