Focaccia bread

Step 1

Préchauffez votre four à 200°C. Découpez les focaccias en deux et faites-les griller sur une plaque de cuisson au four pendant 3 minutes.

Burrata
Prosciutto
Arugula

Step 2

Sur une face, tartinez le pesto. Ajoutez ensuite la burrata, les tranches de jambon cru et la roquette. Assaisonnez avec un filet d'huile d'olive, salez, poivrez puis refermez le sandwich.

Coupez le sandwich en deux si vous le souhaitez. C'est prêt !
