Burrata, pesto, tomates séchées… Ne serait-ce pas le panini le plus gourmand du moment ?
Oven
Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Prenez votre panini et ouvrez-le en deux.
Step 2
Sur une des tranches, étalez le pesto. Ajoutez les tomates séchées et les copeaux de parmesan sur le dessus.
Step 3
Ajoutez la burrata en morceaux suivi de la roquette. Salez, poivrez puis ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive.
Step 4
Refermez le panini. Disposez-le sur une plaque et enfournez 10 minutes à 200°C.
Step 5
Une fois bien doré, sortez le panini du four et dégustez-le chaud. C'est prêt !
