Heavy cream

Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Dans un saladier, cassez les œufs. Ajoutez la crème liquide, puis fouettez le tout à l'aide d'une fourchette ou d'un fouet. Salez et poivrez.

Ratatouille (canned)

Step 2

Ajoutez la ratatouille, puis mélangez afin de l'incorporer dans la préparation.

Shredded cheese

Step 3

Beurrez un plat allant au four (le nôtre fait 29 cm de diamètre), puis versez-y la préparation. Parsemez de fromage râpé, puis enfournez pour 40 minutes à 180°C.

Step 4

Une fois bien doré et le fromage fondu, sortez le plat du four et servez le flan accompagné d'une salade verte. C'est prêt !
