Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 250°C. Beurrez un plat allant au four (le nôtre fait 20 x 20 cm) puis disposez-y une première couche de ratatouille. Ajoutez ensuite une couche de crème liquide suivie d'une couche de plaquettes de ravioles.

Step 2

Répétez l'opération jusqu'à épuisement des ingrédients en terminant par une couche de comté râpé. Enfournez 15 minutes à 250°C.

Step 3

Une fois le fromage fondu et le dessus du gratin bien doré, sortez le plat du four. Servez le gratin de ravioles à la ratatouille avec une salade verte. C'est prêt !
