Cousin of pizza, this filled roll is your ally for an aperitif or dinner on the go!
Oven
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Unroll the dough and spread the pesto sauce on it, leaving 3 cm around the edges.
Step 2
Add the ham slices.
Step 3
Cut the mozzarella into thin rounds and arrange the slices on top of the ham. Pepper.
Step 4
Lightly fold the two edges of the dough side, then roll it into a log.
Step 5
Place the roll on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Optional: you can brush the roll with egg yolk. Prick it with a fork to prevent the dough from swelling.
Step 6
Optional: sprinkle with grated parmesan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C, until the roll is golden brown.
Step 7
Remove the roll from the oven and cut it into thick slices. It's ready !
