Step 1

Coupez le poulet en tranches.

Step 2

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez le poulet. Poivrez et faites-le revenir 2 à 3 minutes sur chaque face.

Crème fraîche

Step 3

Ajoutez le maïs, les haricots rouges et le curry en poudre. Mélangez, puis ajoutez la crème fraîche. Poursuivez la cuisson 2 à 3 minutes, en mélangeant.

Parsley (fresh)

Step 4

Réchauffez les tortillas, puis garnissez-les du mélange légumes / poulet. Parsemez de cheddar râpé et d'une petite cuillerée de crème fraîche, s'il vous en reste. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de persil, si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
