Beedeli Lentil Curry Mix

Step 1

Dans le bol Thermomix, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et le mélange curry de lentilles.

Crushed tomatoes

Step 2

Ajoutez la chair de tomate puis faites revenir 1 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.

Step 3

Ajoutez ensuite 100 g d'eau par personne. Salez, mélangez puis continuez la cuisson 10 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.

Coconut milk (full fat)

Step 4

À la fin de la cuisson, ajoutez le lait de coco et mélangez 30 sec / sens inverse / vitesse 2.

Step 5

Servez seul ou accompagné d'un peu de riz ou de quinoa, ajoutez quelques brin de coriandre ou de persil si vous en avez, c'est prêt !
