Faites cuire le riz selon les instructions de préparation. Égouttez en fin de cuisson.

Dans le bol, placez l'oignon. Mixez 5 sec/vitesse 5. Raclez les parois à l'aide de la spatule.

Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et faites cuire 2 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.

Ajoutez le cumin, le curry et un peu de piment selon vos goûts.
