Step 1

Dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée, faites cuire le riz selon les instructions du paquet. En fin de cuisson, égouttez-le.

Dans le bol du Thermomix, ajoutez les oignons. Mixez 5 secondes / vitesse 5, puis raclez les parois à l'aide d'une maryse.

Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Laissez cuire 2 minutes / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.

Curry powder
Coconut milk
Crushed tomatoes

Step 4

Ajoutez ensuite le cumin, le curry, du piment selon vos goûts (optionnel), le lait de coco, le concassé de tomates et 30 ml d'eau par personne. Salez, poivrez et mélangez bien. Laissez cuire 5 minutes / 100°C / sens inverse / vitesse Mijotage.

Au bout de 5 minutes, ajoutez les haricots rouges égouttés. Mélangez bien, puis poursuivez la cuisson 5 minutes / 100°C / sens inverse / vitesse Mijotage.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 6

Servez le riz dans une assiette avec le curry de haricots rouges. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de coriandre, si vous en avez et re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
