Step 1
Épluchez la carotte et les oignons, placez-les dans le bol de votre Digicook. Fermez le couvercle avec le bouchon mesureur et programmez : vitesse 5 / 30 secondes. Raclez les parois de la cuve à l'aide de la spatule.
Step 2
Ajoutez le maïs et les haricots égouttés et les tomates en les écrasant. Salez, poivrez et ajoutez le paprika. (Optionnel : si vous en avez chez vous, ajoutez du Tabasco ou un peu de piment pour un plat plus relevé).
Step 3
Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 90°C / vitesse 1 / 15 minutes
Step 4
Pendant ce temps, cuire le riz selon les instructions de préparation. Égouttez-le à la fin de la cuisson.
Step 5
Servez le chili sin carne avec le riz. C'est prêt !
