Step 1

Placez les oignons épluchés et coupés en 2 dans le Digicook. Fermez le couvercle avec le bouchon mesureur et programmez : vitesse 5 / 15 secondes. Raclez les parois de la cuve à l'aide de la spatule.

Step 2

Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 100°C / vitesse 1 / 6 minutes.

Step 3

Ajoutez le boeuf haché. Salez et poivrez. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 120°C / vitesse 3 / 5 minutes.

White rice (long grain)

Step 4

Pendant ce temps, faites bouillir de l’eau dans une casserole, et faites cuire le riz selon les instructions indiquées sur l’emballage.

Égouttez les haricots rouges, et ajoutez-les dans le bol du Digicook ainsi que la chair de tomate, les épices, une pincée d’origan et quelques gouttes de Tabasco (ou une pincée de piment).

Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 100°C / vitesse 1 / 10 minutes.

Serve with the rice. Add some heavy cream in each plate. (Optional : add some coriander and oignon slices). It's ready !
