Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Préparez la pâte à crumble. Dans un saladier, ajoutez : la farine et le parmesan. Salez, poivrez et mélangez.

Ajoutez le beurre mou en morceaux. Malaxez le tout jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pâte sableuse.

Ratatouille (canned)
Feta cheese (block)

Step 3

Dans un plat à gratin, ajoutez la ratatouille et la moitié de la feta émiettée par-dessus.

Step 4

Parsemez la pâte à crumble par-dessus puis ajoutez le reste de la feta et des herbes de Provence, si vous en avez. Enfournez 30 à 35 minutes à 180°C.

Une fois le crumble bien doré, sortez le plat du four. C'est prêt !
