Step 1
Préchauffez votre four à 220°C. Assaisonnez la côte de bœuf à votre convenance. Dans une poêle, à feu vif, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, une gousse d'ail et le romarin. Puis faites revenir la côte de bœuf 3 minutes de chaque côté.
Step 2
Sur une plaque de cuisson, déposez la côte de bœuf et ajoutez du beurre sur le dessus. Enfournez pendant 10 à 15 minutes en fonction de la taille de votre pièce de bœuf.
Step 3
Sortez la côte de bœuf du four et coupez-la en tranches. Servez, c'est prêt !
