Step 1
Faites cuire le blé selon les indications du paquet soit environ 10 minutes dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée. Égouttez.

Pendant ce temps, faites réchauffer la ratatouille à la casserole ou au micro-ondes.
Step 3
En parallèle, découpez votre morceau de bœuf en cubes. Enfilez ensuite les cubes sur les pics à brochette si vous en avez, sinon faites simplement cuire les cubes de bœuf à la poêle !
Step 4
Dans une poêle, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Faites griller à feu vif les brochettes deux minutes de chaque côté. Salez et poivrez.
Step 5
Dans une assiette, ajoutez : le blé, la ratatouille et les brochettes de bœuf. (Optionnel : ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic si vous en avez). C'est prêt !
