Sweet soy sauce
Apple cider vinegar
Smoked mackerel

Step 1

Préparez la marinade. Dans un bol, mélangez : la sauce soja sucré et le vinaigre et le sucre. Ajoutez les filets de maquereaux dans le plat et laissez-les mariner 10 à 15 minutes.

White rice (long grain)

Step 2

Dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée, faites cuire le riz selon les instructions du paquet. En fin de cuisson, égouttez-le.

Faites chauffer un petit filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez le maquereau côté peau et le reste de la marinade. Faites-le cuire 3 à 4 minutes, en l'arrosant de sauce.

Servez le riz dans une assiette creuse avec le maquereau par-dessus. Nappez le tout de la sauce et parsemez de graines de sésame et de ciboulette ciselée, si vous en avez. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
