Step 1

Si besoin, faites décongeler le cabillaud. Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Lavez puis coupez les navets en quartiers fins.

Step 2

Sur une plaque allant au four, ajoutez les navets. Arrosez d'un bon filet d'huile d'olive, salez et poivrez. Mélangez puis enfournez 30 minutes à 180°C.

Pendant ce temps, hachez finement le persil.

Préparez la sauce chimichurri. Dans un bol, ajoutez : le vinaigre de vin rouge, une cuillère à café d'huile d'olive par personne, le jus de citron, l'ail râpé, le persil, l'origan et le cumin. Salez et mélangez le tout. Réservez.

Au bout de 30 minutes de cuisson, sortez la plaque du four et ajoutez-y le cabillaud. Parsemez de feta émiettée et ajoutez un filet d'huile. Salez, poivrez et re-enfournez 20 minutes à 200°C.

Une fois le poisson cuit à cœur et les navets fondants, sortez la plaque du four. Ajoutez la sauce chimichurri et le zeste de citron par-dessus. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
