Cherry tomatoes

Step 1

Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.

Cucumber

Lavez puis coupez les concombres en dés.

Apple cider vinegar
Herbes de Provence
Parmesan (grated)

Préparez la vinaigrette. Dans un bol, mélangez : le vinaigre de cidre, les herbes de Provence, la moitié du parmesan rùpé et une cuillÚre à soupe d'huile d'olive par personne.

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poĂȘle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez-y le reste du parmesan rĂąpĂ© et laissez-le fondre 30 secondes Ă  1 minute. Cassez les Ɠufs par-dessus. Faites-les cuire 2 Ă  3 minutes, selon vos prĂ©fĂ©rences. Poivrez.

Servez les lentilles rĂ©chauffĂ©es, selon les instructions du paquet, dans un bol ou une assiette creuse avec les tomates cerises, le concombre et l'Ɠuf au parmesan. Nappez le tout de la vinaigrette au parmesan, c'est prĂȘt !
