Pinsa au pesto, tomates cerises & fromage fouetté

Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.


Step 2
Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, disposez la pinsa. Étalez le pesto sur le dessus.

Ajoutez les tomates cerises et des cuillerées de fromage fouetté.

Step 4
Parsemez la pinsa d'herbes de Provence, puis enfournez 6 à 7 minutes à 200°C.
Step 5
Une fois la pinsa bien dorée, sortez-la du four. Servez la pinsa au pesto, tomates cerises & fromage fouetté dans une assiette avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
