Step 1
Coupez l'avocat en deux. Retirez la peau et coupez-le en lamelles.

Step 2
Faites griller les tranches de pain au grille-pain ou au four.

Tartinez les tranches de pain de fromage frais. Ajoutez ensuite les lamelles d'avocat et la truite fumée.
