Step 1

Faites chauffez une casserole d'eau bouillante salée. Ajoutez les haricots verts et faites les cuire pendant 12 min.

Dans une poêle chaude, ajoutez la moitié du beurre et y faire revenir les échalotes 2 minutes, sur feu moyen.

Une fois l'eau évaporée, ajoutez l'autre moitié du beurre, la bavette dans la poêle et faire cuire 2 minutes en arrosant de chaque côté pour une cuisson saignante.
