Step 1

Si besoin, faites décongeler les steaks hachés. Dans un grand récipient, râpez l'oignon et l'ail. Ajoutez le bœuf haché, salez, poivrez puis mélangez.

Formez des boulettes avec la farce.

Dans une poêle chaude, faites cuire les boulettes 5 minutes à feu vif dans un peu d'huile d'olive. Retournez-les régulièrement. Elles doivent être bien colorées.

Lavez puis coupez le concombre en bâtonnets.

Flour tortilla (medium)

Step 5

Étalez le tzatziki sur la galette de blé. Ajoutez le concombre, les boulettes de viande et la roquette.

Salez, poivrez, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et roulez le tout. C'est prêt !
