One pot coquillettes, champignons & lardons

Step 1
Lavez puis coupez les champignons en fines lamelles.

Step 2
Épluchez puis coupez les oignons en fines lamelles.

Step 3
Faites chauffer une casserole, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les lardons. Faites-les revenir 5 minutes, en mélangeant, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient bien dorés.
Step 4
Ajoutez ensuite les oignons et les champignons. Poursuivez la cuisson 3 à 4 minutes, en mélangeant.


Step 5
Ajoutez les coquillettes, le bouillon cube et 200 ml d'eau par personne. Mélangez, puis couvrez et laissez mijoter 15 minutes, en mélangeant de temps en temps.

Step 6
Au bout de 15 minutes, ajoutez le fromage frais et mélangez bien.

Step 7
Servez le one pot coquillettes, champignons & lardons dans une assiette creuse. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts et parsemez de parmesan râpé. C'est prêt !
