Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Beurrez ou huilez des ramequins individuels allant au four, puis déposez une cuillère à soupe de crème fraîche dans le fond de chacun des ramequins. Ajoutez ensuite le fromage triangle en morceaux.

Cassez un œuf par ramequin. Salez, poivrez puis enfournez 10 à 12 minutes à 180°C.

Step 3
Pendant ce temps, réchauffez la ratatouille à la casserole ou au micro-ondes.


Step 4
Une fois les œufs cuits, sortez les ramequins du four : le blanc ne doit plus être transparent. Servez-les avec le pain toasté coupé en mouillettes, la salade assaisonnée selon vos goûts et la ratatouille. C'est prêt !
