Step 1
Épluchez et émincez les oignons. Ajoutez-les dans le Cookeo avec un filet d'huile d'olive. Lancez la cuisson en mode dorer pendant 2 minutes.


Step 2
Placez les carottes et les patates douces épluchées et émincées dans le bol Cookeo. Continuez la cuisson en mode dorer pendant 2 minutes.


Step 3
Salez, poivrez, puis ajoutez les lentilles (optionnel : un bouquet garni thym/laurier ou une pincée de thym) et ajoutez environ 300ml d'eau/personne. Lancez la cuisson sous pression pendant 20 minutes.
Step 4
Retirez le bouquet garni et mixez la soupe. Si besoin, ajoutez un peu d'eau si la soupe vous semble trop épaisse. Et pourquoi pas un peu de crème pour les plus gourmand ;) C'est prêt !
