Step 1

Faites chauffer une casserole d'eau bouillante salée. Ajoutez les haricots verts et faites-les cuire pendant 12 min.

Coupez le citron en tranches fines.

Faites chauffer une poêle à feu moyen. Faites fondre 20 g de beurre/personne et ajoutez la truite. Laissez-la cuire, 4 minutes côté peau.
