Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les courgettes. Salez et poivrez. Couvrez et faites-les cuire 5 à 6 minutes.

En parallèle, faites chauffer une seconde poêle, sur feu vif. Ajoutez les steaks hachés. Salez et poivrez. Baissez le feu et faites-les revenir 7 à 8 minutes, sur feu doux, en les retournant régulièrement.
