Step 1
Si besoin, faites décongeler le saumon. Dans un récipient, ajoutez le saumon, un filet d'huile d'olive, le curcuma et le jus de citron, salez, poivrez, mélangez et laissez mariner quelques instants.

Coupez le brocoli en sommités.
Step 3
Remplissez votre Thermomix d'eau. Placez le saumon sur le plateau vapeur et le brocoli dans le Varoma.
Step 4
Placez l'ensemble Varoma sur le Thermomix et lancez la cuisson 30 min / Varoma / vitesse 1.
Step 5
Servez le brocoli avec le saumon, ajoutez du citron frais, salez et poivrez. C'est prêt !
