Step 1

Lavez puis coupez le concombre en tranches.

Avocado

Step 2

Coupez l'avocat en deux. Retirez la peau, puis coupez-le en cubes.

Dans un bol, ajoutez l'avocat. Écrasez-le à l'aide d'une fourchette. Salez et poivrez.

Préparez les rillettes. Dans un second bol, ajoutez : les sardines, le kiri et le jus de citron. Écrasez le tout à l'aide d'une fourchette. Salez légèrement et poivrez.
