Step 1

Plongez les pommes de terre dans un grand volume d'eau. Portez à ébullition, puis laissez cuire 15 minutes. Égouttez-les en fin de cuisson.

Pancetta (cubed)

En parallèle, ajoutez les lardons dans une poêle chaude et faites-les griller 6 minutes.

Apple cider vinegar
Dijon mustard

Step 3

Préparez la vinaigrette. Dans un bol, mélangez : le vinaigre de cidre, la moutarde et une cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive par personne. Salez et poivrez.

Step 4

Coupez les pommes de terre en morceaux et laissez-les refroidir dans un plat.

Servez les pommes de terre avec les haricots verts préalablement égouttés et les lardons grillés. Assaisonnez le tout de vinaigrette et mélangez. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de persil frais. C'est prêt !
