Cherry tomatoes

Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.

Pesto

Step 2

Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, ajoutez la pinsa. Étalez le pesto sur le dessus.

Mozzarella (mini)
Oregano (dried)

Step 3

Ajoutez les tomates cerises et les mini-mozzarella (déchirez-la si vous avez une boule de mozzarella). Parsemez d'origan et poivrez. Enfournez 6 à 7 minutes à 200°C.

Step 4

Une fois le fromage fondu et bien doré, sortez la plaque du four. Servez la pinsa pesto, tomate & mozzarella dans une assiette avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
