Step 1

Dans une casserole d’eau salée, faites cuire le riz selon les instructions du paquet. Égouttez-le en fin de cuisson. Réservez.

Dans une seconde casserole d'eau bouillante, faites cuire les œufs pendant 10 minutes. Une fois cuits, plongez-les dans l'eau froide.

Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez les tomates en morceaux.

Égouttez le maïs.

Une fois les œufs refroidis, écalez-les puis coupez-les en petits morceaux.
