Faites cuire le riz selon les indications du paquet soit environ 10 minutes dans une eau bouillante salée.

Pendant ce temps, coupez la saucisse en rondelles.

Épluchez puis coupez l'oignon en fines tranches.

Faites chauffer une casserole avec un filet d'huile d'olive. Ajoutez les oignons, le curcuma et les rondelles de saucisse. Faites cuire 2 minutes sur feu moyen tout en remuant.

Râpez l'ail et le gingembre au dessus de la casserole. Remuez une minute sur feu moyen.

Ajoutez la sauce tomate.

Ajoutez un filet d'eau, couvrez et laissez cuire 15 minutes sur feu moyen.

Égouttez le riz.
Step 9
Au bout des 15 minutes, servez le rougail saucisse avec le riz, c'est prêt !
