La salade de pommes de terre part en vacance en Italie !

Step 1
Lavez les pommes de terre. Laissez les pommes de terre entières si elles sont petites, sinon coupez-les en 4. Égouttez-les en fin de cuisson.
Step 2
Placez-les dans le panier vapeur. Ajoutez 200 ml d'eau minimum dans le Cookeo et ajoutez le panier vapeur. Lancez la cuisson sous pression pendant 20 minutes.
Step 3
Dans un récipient, ajoutez les pommes de terre égouttées.
Step 4
Coupez les tomates en quartiers et ajoutez-les aux pommes de terre.
Step 5
Ajoutez les câpres, les olives et les anchois.
Step 6
Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, de vinaigre, sel, poivre et mélangez.
Step 7
Servez la salade. C'est prêt !
